RETURN INSTRUCIONS:

NOTE: If your Auto-Trickle Adapter or ChargeMinder does not come on at all, please check the internal 1 amp fuse before returning. Fuse replacement is not covered under warranty and is subject to our minimum bench fee and return shipping charges.

When returning product to us for service please insure the package for your own protection. You may send us product via your preferred carrier USPS. UPS, FEDEX etc.. Please allow up to 8 weeks for repair/replacement subject to parts availability.

After 30 days be sure to enclose $4.85 for all smoke and adapter products or $7.00 for the Xtrema to cover return shipping costs for both in and out of warranty returns.

Warranty returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt for processing.

Out of warranty returns may be charged up to 50% of the current list price. Please include a credit card number with expiration date to cover costs.
